Bucky got distracted from breakfast by the music. He didn't really feel hunger as an imperative--he was used to having his nutritional needs met in very unappetizing ways, so it was not a quick process to relearn to observe his own bodies signals. It was much, much more interesting to listen to the music.
It was totally unlike what Steve had shown him before. It did not evoke any memories. He felt like he was surprised by the logic of it in a way he hadn't been at all with the other music. He frowned, listening very closely. He liked it.
When the song ended, he asked Jarvis to repeat the song and then Jarvis did.
